Yes — warm, natural, professional. Most callers don't realise they're not speaking to a receptionist. You'll hear it yourself on the discovery call before you commit to anything.

The agent takes their details and tells them you'll ring back shortly. You can also configure it to transfer calls live to your mobile during set hours — handy when you're free between jobs.

Most customers are live within 48 hours of the onboarding call. We handle the technical setup — you just tell us how you want callers greeted and what details to collect.

No. We give you a dedicated number that routes through the agent. You keep your existing number for outbound calls. Or we can set up a call divert on your current number if you prefer.

The agent is trained to recognise urgency. If a caller mentions an emergency, it flags the message and sends you an immediate alert so you can ring back straight away if needed.

No minimum on the Managed plan — it runs monthly and you can cancel any time. If you choose Own It, you pay once and the agent is yours outright. No ongoing fees, no lock-in. The only deadline worth knowing: sign for Managed before 31 August 2026 to lock in £800/month permanently.
